For the past months, we’ve been answering your questions about veganism, sharing tips on what to eat for a balanced nutrition and delicious food. We want to make veganism accessible and possible for anyone who is interested.
Now that we are offering healthy and nutritionally balanced meals in Manchester, of course we couldn’t forget your concerns! So here is how we address your most common questions in each lunch we prepare:
- Is being vegan easy? That’s one of the main things we want to address. Offering an option that is convenient, healthy, mouthwatering rich and free from animal-exploitation (vegan). We will inspire you and show how easy and varied a plant-based diet can be.
- Iron. Our meals include iron-rich ingredients, such as beans, lentils, a variety of leafy greens, as well as pumpkin, sesame, hemp and sunflower seeds.
- Protein. Each of our lunch options will include at least one (but in most cases a combination of) plant-based protein source. Tofu, tempeh, quinoa, buckwheat, lentils and mushrooms are some of the protein-rich ingredients we use.
- Organic. We use local and organic ingredients, as we believe they are a better option for our bodies, our environment and for the producers. Plus, they taste better 🤩
